Land Clearing & Lot Clearing
Full clearing of vacant lots and acreage — trees, brush, palmettos, and undergrowth taken down and handled, so the lot is open and workable.
We clear land and shape it so it's ready to build on, drive on, farm, or sell. Lot clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, building pads, driveways, and drainage — earthwork, not lawn care. We don't cut grass. We move earth.
Every job starts the same way: what's on the land now, and what do you need it to be when we leave? Pick one service or stack them — most lots need clearing first, then grading. Quotes and estimates are always free — no charge, no obligation.
Full clearing of vacant lots and acreage — trees, brush, palmettos, and undergrowth taken down and handled, so the lot is open and workable.
Rough grading and finish grading that levels high and low spots, fixes drainage fall, and leaves the ground smooth and true.
Digging, cutting, filling, and moving earth — site work and excavation for homes, barns, shops, ponds, and access.
One-pass mulching that chews brush and small trees into mulch on site — no burn piles, no hauling. Bush hogging for overgrown pasture and acreage.
Thick brush, invasive growth, and fence lines cleared. Stumps ground or dug out so they don't come back or block building.
House pads, barn pads, and shop pads cut, filled, compacted, and leveled — full site prep so your builder can start on solid ground.
New dirt driveways, driveway repair and re-grading, and access cuts into land you can't reach today.
Swales, re-sloping, and drainage grading that moves standing water off your lot instead of letting it sit against your foundation or driveway.
Cleared debris hauled off and disposed of properly, or fill dirt, sand, and rock brought in and spread where the grade needs it.
No binding price sight-unseen — that protects you and us. You get a real ballpark from your photos and measurements, then a firm price after we walk the land.
Upload pictures in the form below — wide shots, the thick spots, the driveway/access, anything wet or low.
Length × width in feet, or total acres. The form does the square-foot and acreage math for you.
Price is figured from size, how thick the growth is, trees by count and size, stumps, grading, and hauling — at published Central Florida rates. Range updates as you type.
We walk the property, check access, trees, and permits, then give you the final number before any work starts. A 50% down payment is required before work begins.
We didn't pull our prices out of thin air. We checked what land clearing companies in Clermont, Lake County, Orlando, and Central Florida actually publish — and what the big cost guides report for Orlando — and we price inside those ranges. Rates checked October 26, 2026. The estimator below uses these same numbers, so the ballpark you get is built on the real local market, not a guess.
Two things work differently than a simple per-foot price: tree and stump work is priced per tree and per stump, by size — taking down a 60-foot oak is not the same job as a 20-foot pine — and small jobs carry minimums (a machine-day minimum on mulching, a job minimum on bush hogging, and equipment mobilization — one Kissimmee company publishes a flat $300 mobilization fee on every job). The estimator below applies all of that automatically.
Fill this out and your ballpark updates live on the right. When you're done, use Copy My Request or Download My Request — that gives you the complete request, ready to text or email to us with your photos attached. Quotes and estimates are always free — no charge, no obligation. The 50% down payment only comes later, once you book the work.
Ready to move forward? Lock in your job with a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% is due when the job is done. You get an official receipt with its own receipt number on Earth Purveyors letterhead.

Based in the Clermont area and working across Central Florida. Larger acreage and multi-day jobs travel farther — ask in your quote request.
In published Central Florida pricing: light brush runs $1,500–$3,500 an acre, medium growth $3,000–$6,000, and heavy woods $6,000–$15,000 or more — Angi puts the Orlando average around $2,906 an acre. Tree removal is priced per tree by size, stumps are priced per stump (grinding vs. digging out are different prices), and hauling debris away adds per load; mulching on site is the cheapest disposal. The full table with sources is in Our Rates, and the estimator above prices your job from your actual size and conditions — the firm number comes after a site walk.
Often, yes — and it depends on the parcel. Protected trees, wetlands, work near water, disturbing an acre or more, and gopher tortoise burrows can each trigger their own permits. We flag what your property needs before any work starts.
Grading shapes the land's slope so water drains correctly. Leveling makes a specific area flat and true — for a pad, yard, or driveway. Excavation is digging and moving earth: cutting high ground, filling low ground, digging for pads, ponds, and access. Most build-ready lots need all three, in that order.
No — Earth Purveyors is an earthwork company: clearing, grading, leveling, excavation, and site prep. No mowing routes, no lawn landscaping. If your land needs to be opened up or reshaped, that's us.
Because two lots the same size can be completely different jobs — tree size, stumps, access, wet ground, and disposal change the real cost. A contractor who gives an exact binding price without seeing the land is guessing with your money. Your ballpark here is honest, and your firm price comes after we walk it.
50% of the money is required as a down payment before work starts. Once your final price is set after the site walk, that 50% down payment is due before we begin the job.
No — quotes and estimates are always free, with no charge and no obligation. The online ballpark, the review of your photos, and the firm quote after a site walk are all free. The 50% down payment only comes in once you decide to book the work.
No. Online quotes are estimates only — not 100% accurate and not guaranteed. Your final quote may change once we see the actual conditions on your land, like vegetation thickness, trees and stumps, access, and ground conditions. The confirmed price is the one we give you after reviewing your property or walking it in person.
